havent been updating becos nth exciting and worth blogging abt since school started. school is shit as usual w alot of readings to complete n it srsly burns my 5 off days to finish the readings for 1 week. mega HATE. doesnt help tt im hooked onto this forum where there are 100000001 fellow online shoaholics who keep reviewing their online loots and tempt me to spend my money. im so glad jan is coming to an end. cos i need feb’s allowance. boo. woes of a poor undergraduate.
e recent weekend was spent in church, both sat n sun. been aloooong time since i went for sat svc. feels gd to b back. stuffed myself silly at cuz’s baby full month. the buffet they catered was nt bad. but i didnt even see the baby -_-” spent sunday stuffing myself w sushi at parkway. gotta love the japanese for their sushi man. ong is SO NOT a fab of japanese food saded.
well, today smth upset me alil n i tot how unfair things can b sometimes. i hate how some people get things they srsly dont deserve.
i need to slp now. freaking hungry. gotta wake up to do my bloody readings. FML. gd nights.
i would really love to do up a scrapbook filled with lotsa pictures. i think i can spend the entire day just scrapbooking. but the problem is, the materials are damn expensive. i love walking around those scrapbook shops looking at papers and the embellishments and what have you but yeah, it is not a hobby a poor undergraduate can enjoy. 
today i was meddling with photoshop and came across a website about digital scrapbooking. OMG. so happy can. now i can indulge in scrapbooking fun for free. HAHAHA. cheap thrills but im mad happy.

well, after cooping myself at home over 2 long weekends (1st 1 i was sick, 2nd one i dunno why i had no plans), i decided to head to town! i actually enjoy shopping alone, seriously. it was good spending some “alone” time i dont mind doing it on a reg basis. but the problem is, no one is there to stop u from overspending. haha! and because on my way to work i would past by the 4 storey f21, some stuff on display caught my eyes and tada! to 313 it was!
wanted to meet ong for lunch first but it seems too troublesome. boo.
so i spent hours in f21 going through every single rack. i fell in love w f21 all over again. i stopped shopping @ f21 a couple of years back but im totally in love w it again. plus the prices seem to b much lower! u can get a basic dress at 19$?!! dunno y they mark down their price but im not complaining!
met ong to take the train home tgt n i ended up having dinner ar his place. the pai ku was yums!
ong nagged at me for spending so much he thinks my shopping habit is out of control. but i think his gaming habits are way beyond control. lol. pot calling kettle black.

this is ong’s carebear which is sitting at his desk watching him game every single night without fail. i think it is sooooo super duper gay but the carebear is so cute! lol. in case u all think im dating some gay, he didnt buy it for himself. hahaha

yearly dinner affair with the Loo family. 2009 was @ spring court @ chinatown. probably the rare few times when the entire Loo family is out to have fun and gather!

also went to check out chun dao he pan! first time for me. it was good fun!
another CNY dinner to feast and get fat with mummy’s side @ Paramount. Remembered it was the day we went Jason’s house for gambling and i lost $!
and another annual event, Grandma’s birthday Chalet! @ Changi as usual.
in Feb, celebrated Kelly’s birthday @ Billy Bombers. Flowers and dinner and chilling after that.
celebrated 1 year anniversary.
in 2009, i think Cons and i met up quite abit! 
in March, attended the D&D at Sentosa. first time driving that farrr. besides to school that is.

working at SP during the 3 months holiday with KJ was fun! although the sun was super duper hot, but it was quite a good and fun job!

ok..i tried to blog in chronological order but mid way i got very lazy already..but i tried my best..
below are the randoms of 2009..
1. my online shopping obsession hit an all time high. i figured i buy 1 item online a week. so in a year, i have approximately 50 items bought online. and sometimes, i even buy 2 at a go. so yeah..
2. i got so stressed over year 4 i think i was depressed most of the time for the 2nd half of the year
3. my skin broke out because of all the stress and i had to queue 6 hours to see a dermatologist
4. i hung out with ong’s family alot more
5. i worked for starhub alot this year. and met some nice friends.. and not so nice ones?
6. i spent quite abit in 2009. gadgets, bags, facial products. which is bad.
ok i dont know what to blog about 2009 already.
NYE
spent NYE watching Bodyguards and Assasins which was OK, but too many people dying and i keep tearing when someone dies. so tiring. i love “chou tou fu” if u know who he is. like a gentle giant.
Kenny Rogers was my last 2009 meal. which rocks. the macaroni cheese was awesome! and i love the corn muffin!!! yums.
marina area was hell. the crowd was madness. everyone got jammed at the escalotor. we didnt want to squeeze so we headed to some sky garden near Ong’s place to catch the fireworks.
it was nice seeing the fireworks. but it was too far so quite disappointing :((( i want to hear the BOOM BOOM BOOM tho, that would make the atmosphere wayyyyyyy better seriously. its like watching a movie with no sound effects. yeah. i love the sparkly fireworks the most. didnt bother to take pictures though.
so yup. that sums up 2009.

Ong and I attended a church wedding in the morning. honestly the church wasnt nicer than the previous one i attended.. but i would say this was so much better!
no photos because i dont know anybody there besides ong. zzz.
they actually had a video of the groom proposing to the bride 2 years ago and the groom sang for the bride. the singing of cos wasnt fantastic but it made me teary omg. super sweet because he sang it before x years ago and he actually remembered. nice!
and the pastor preached about worldly love which was very interesting. worldly love will change. “i love her because she is beautiful” or “i love him because he has status/wealth”. but what happens when she/he is no longer beautiful/wealthy? but God’s love for us will never ever ever change. he also talked about being appreciative for what your partner has done, even if she cooks burnt eggs or he has stinky socks.
went back to change and then we headed to pick Ros and Jasmine up.
went Rochor for bean curd.
then we headed to Ion to shop. wheeeeeeee! im a happy girl!

this is the second time im stepping into Night Safari this year. and probably the last time for the next few years. anyhows, we got free tickets and VIP treatment this time round. LOL. too bad roseanne wasn’t keen at all! couldnt get her to go no matter how many times i asked her. :’( boo!

before that we went to shop.
@ some shopping mall. starving so we bought pretty donuts to fill our stomach. 20 mini ones for approx 11 RM. i had like 5 or 6?! OMG, now i know where my bao face comes from..
me and roseanne totally enjoying the donuts. ros aint very interested.
shopping was sooo boring. all the things are still so expensive! so we window shopped! we ended up buying socks! 5 pairs for 10RM. we bought 10 pairs. -_-”
tada! Restoran Agus! quite successful opening. the crowd as madness it made me frustrated. lol. but the people dont queue which is so annoying. we were queuing for ayam penyet and then when it reached our turn, no more chicken. becos everyone cuts queue and snatch the chicken like its cash. damn irritated.
enjoying the food. and there’s a prata booth which was my favourite. except the curry was very diluted
nephew Jason’s dance performance. damn cool. no longer small boy nephew. when i saw him i was like “WOW, all grown up” i feel old.
nothing much to do after eating so i just went around snapping. there are like 101 customers’ photos but i dont even know them so im just gonna send them to my cousin.
i dont know how they do this but it was like OMG. like as if gng to explode. if we do this in Singapre, i think it will be “fine”.
